About In4All:

In4All is a non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing communities by fostering collaboration between local businesses and schools. Our mission is to provide real-world, hands-on learning experiences that expand opportunities for historically underserved students. By engaging students in their education and inspiring them to aspire to careers in fields they might not otherwise consider, In4All aims to break down barriers and create a future of limitless possibilities.

About You:

You are a values-driven, visionary leader with a proven track record of guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and impact. With experience leading diverse teams and managing operations in nonprofit or mission-aligned sectors, you bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to align people, programs, and partnerships with organizational goals. You are deeply committed to educational equity and know how to translate that commitment into actionable programming, strong fundraising strategies, and cross-sector collaborations that serve historically marginalized communities.

You lead with emotional intelligence and understand how to build authentic relationships with staff, board members, educators, community partners, and students alike. You foster inclusive environments where difficult conversations lead to deeper trust, stronger decisions, and lasting change. You bring experience navigating a range of revenue and business models to ensure financial sustainability and are skilled at mentoring staff, partnering with a board, and building a thriving organizational culture rooted in shared responsibility, accountability, and belonging.
