Organization Description
Bridge Meadows creates intergenerational communities where children and families find stability, parents find kinship and support, and elders find purpose, connection, and a place to age with dignity. Where each community is purposefully designed and carefully tended — bringing together three generations where everyone matters to the others. At the center of it all is a simple but radical belief: that community itself is the
intervention. Not merely a program or service. But rather, a place where relationships
are built deliberately across generations, and belonging follows. The result, for everyone who calls Bridge Meadows home, is not just stability but flourishing. We have
continuously proven this model across communities in the Pacific Northwest, and now,
as we grow outward, we bring this uniquely human, uniquely effective approach to new
communities who need exactly what more than twenty years of learning has made
possible.
